I'm having trouble with my repositories not showing anything for the last 5 days or so.

I connect and do an update and there are no updates available? Then I look at download, and there are not appz there as well.

How do you fix this?

You name it, I have it enabled!

I just rebooted it and it came up with the update notification in the statusbar, so I thought, great, it just needed rebooting. But it still won't install the update that kicked off the notification. It checks and says no updates. Then you click Downloads and there is nothing there.

I've seen that error in the past, but that's not what is happening to me presently. Mine takes a long time to check the repositories, like 15 minutes. Then it kicks back no applications?

I just looked over this again. If I open Application Manager and click "Uninstall" It says No applications installed. If I click "Download" it says No Applications available.

Looks like I have a cache list problem or something.

Here's some errors I am getting with apt:

Code:
Nokia-N900:/home/var/lib/apt/periodic# apt-cache search file
W: Duplicate sources.list entry http://repository.maemo.org fremantle/free Packages (/var/lib/apt/lists/repository.maemo.org_extras_dists_fremantle_free_binary-armel_Packages)
W: Duplicate sources.list entry http://repository.maemo.org fremantle/non-free Packages (/var/lib/apt/lists/repository.maemo.org_extras_dists_fremantle_non-free_binary-armel_Packages)
E: Encountered a section with no Package: header
E: Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/packages.geexbox.org_dists_fremantle_main_binary-armel_Packages
