i want more apps like iphone since its more fun but love my N900 and thought if someone could make a application that acts as a iphone 2G/3G on the N900 so i can show off with my mates that i have iphone on my phone. anyways when you do make an application it does not really need to feature calling and sending text but if you want to do it then thats great cos all i really want is just apps.
Then the N900 will have fame and iPhone will have shame hahaha lol

I've been waiting for an N800 emulator. (Just puts the side-bar on and handles window management like the N800 did...) It should be totally doable, and would allow all the N7XX and N8XX games and apps to run pretty well on the N900. (Especially if it were in a chroot environment, so libraries could be kept separate.

I'm pretty sure that someone is going to freak out at the fruit company if they see this. I imagine it's never going to happen, for legal reason. If nothing else, nobody here is licensed to modify nor distribute modified copies of an Apple OS.

Someone is going to be kidnapped in the middle of the night in a stylish white van.

And the news next day: he/she committed suicide because of personal reasons.

    Why not try another route?
Find out how DevTeam (iPhone) are hacking the kernel to install Cydia and stuff and hack the OS to run on N900.. Just don't do it in Maemo.Talk. Find a shonky site and do it that way!
    Like dual booting Android!

I'll go out on a limb and state that the N900 can't do it.

Not unless somebody can come up with a VMWare/VirtualBox method.
