Hey @vetsin i would play with perspective grids. Start of with one point perspective and just go from there.

There's also the trick of making forground/bacground blurred.

Depth can also be achieved with the composition, seeing it from an angel, down/up.

I just have a few queries

1) what is the best stylus for procreate(does it support Palm and random touch rejection)
2) how to add image as a layer in "my paint" in N900 (for tracing or reference)
3) "also is there a quick guide to MyPaint for N900, I need help in layers transformations and stuff"
4) I am considering Note 3 for Serious Sketching is it worth it

just open the image for tracing and make a layer for drawing.

but you can import more layer in mypaint if you open the second Mypaint via xterminal. Open an image there and copy (ctr+c) from there the image layer and paste(ctrl+v) to your first opened Mypaint empty layer.
