Unzipping on the N900 could be a challenge. But you could always move the zip file from the N900 to the PC. The link is working for me. Try right clicking on it...

I just noticed that Version in "DOWNLOADS" is "older" ...
..and there is no new brush set version 2.

This is a thread to show of your drawings not on how to install mypaint and new brushes and so on, thats why the first post shouldn't be updated with theese instruction, imho

Though i'm sure that any one will be kind to answer any question you might have or point to an answer

I think the easiest way to get Tones brush set is to either update mypaint (if allready installed) from extras-devel rep (the usual warnings about that repo) or install from the link he provided (think it involves codes in xterm) or install version from extras-testing and then check for updates or go straight to extres-devel to install

Further more read this link it might give you some pointers to or if you have questions about mypaint they can be asked here (the newest dev thred)

Your right it is, I downloaded the zip file and looked at the screen shots and they match.

I wanted to mention that MyPaint is really slow when I open up the brushes to choose from. Is anyone having the same issue? I rebooted and everything...

I only have that the first time i go into brushes after loading mypaint... After that no slowness

Might be worth mentioning that i'm OC'ed and run at 950mhz when using mypaint, sometimes at 1.1ghz

The whole point of this thread was to not clutter up the MyPaint thread with image spam. That way you can find instructions and solutions in the proper mypaint thread and talk about drawing things in here. Also don't limit yourself to MyPaint only, all phone art is welcome.

I've been way too absent from Maemo.org recently ... some really fabulous new drawings though guys! ... I'm still doodling on MyPaint on a daily basis, so I'll have to upload some stuff when I get a moment! ... if I can find anything that isn't too girly anyway ... my friend's kid's very into fairies at the mo, so there's been a bit of a fairy theme!
