I like to write fiction and make music. When I first started doing that, I couldn't help but look at my friends' work, most of them being graphic artists, and feel a bit of envy that they had an art form at their disposal that allowed them to express themselves so directly, so immediately.

Then I became a better writer and forgot all about that envy. The past couple of months, however, I have looked at this thread, and taken a trip down memory lane. Now I feel it again, creativetone. Thanks for the envy

B.t.w. Showing your work to the daughter of a friend, convinced the girl (14) she was not interested in an i/Pod/Phone or Pad but rather wanted an n900. She sold her iThing and is now the happy owner of an n900. Art corrupts, that much is clear.

nowhere as wonderful as your works guys but this one makes me feel like i had some drawing skills hidden somewhere. it's my first attempt at drawing a 3D car straight from imagination to "paper". i was very surprised with the output! better than what i thought i can. the guy is me and the girl is my girlfriend. hehe

EDIT: this post also attempts to encourage other people out there to showcase their "talent" i'm sure many of you guys can draw better than me!

How to convert from mypaint to png on N900?

you don't need to convert anything. all you have to do is choose "Save as" when saving a file and replace ".ora" with ".png" in the title. at least that's what i do with my doodles.
