I check 5-10 times a day. When you think about it, it's really not that often... I think more weight should be put on how LONG each of those visits are

Normally at least 5 times a day.

But now 10-15 times a day - because of (hopefully) launching of PR 1.2.......

Too often, but I've reduced it a bit by:

1) Subscribing to email notifications of the posts that I an insterested in.
2) Adding the newly posted topics to my feed reader.

I have it as a constantly open tab all day while i'm in work
