Hi everyone,

Can anything be done about the AP widget in terms of making it more user friendly?? I have it on my main screen and I'm always reading the headlines but it would be so much easier to go directly to the story you select straight from the widget. Instead, you go to a main page and then many times have to sift through the categories to find the headline you read on the widget. Also,
the navigation is pretty redundant. I mean, if want to watch a video you have to hop through so many screens...and then back again if you want to watch any more .

It might sound petty but what else can we do while we wait for PR1.2??

thank!

The AP Widget isn't open source (that I know of) so I'm not sure what you're expecting anyone to do about this.

The Digg.com widget works much like you are asking the AP widget to work. It might help if you contacted the Digg widget's author and asked them to work on an AP News version.
