sorry for creating a new thread for this, but i remembered how much fun it was (20+years ago) waiting 10-15mins for crappy games to load, and listening to these awful sounds...
so i made a spectrum maemo5 boot video for all the oldies to reminisce over, and figured a new thread would get everyones attention....
I used to type in all that code from magazines and save it to my tape recorder. I swear most that those games ever did was to allow me to move a block around the screen avoiding other blocks. But man...it was fun.

also seen to remember bout 8 years old, taking the power cord out of the back and putting it on my toungue,

but i dont mind
most are new users that dont know about the thanks button, and some dont use english as their 1st language,
they say things like 'make me this video' at first i thought it was a little rude, but its just the language barrier, i hope!
Can you imagine explaining a boot video for your mobile phone to someone from 27 years ago? Can you imagine telling them that the size of the video was 6900KB and that the phone had over 32 GB storage?
