Being able to tote something as small as the N900 just to monitor tests and experiments would make so many lab techs and engineers happy.

This project gets us that much closer. Of course now I have to research interfaces, drivers and data capture software...
    may be interesting.

This is javispedro's early success in getting DisplayLink monitor to work - basically it's a 'monitor over USB' solution.

Also, of course, you can connect USB A/Ds - even soundcards repurposed for that.
Bluetooth serial ports even make wireless connection easy.

Q: I am looking forward to connect USB h/d and USB-to-CAT5 modem; does one need driver for these two type of devices?

Mouse arrow movement is however, broken, I'd reopen the bug but no one was interested in the comment

Maybe Nokia could give unofficial help, like they helped to develop fMMS. (Do not tell anyone.)

That code is working only for SOME.

Its the packaged code of the OTG dev thread, and its created and mantained by that people.

Is unstable yet. With unstable i mean that it works only for some, and we dont know why.

Its HARD AS HELL TO DEBUG so if you make a thread "OTG dont works for me" or "OTG package burn my phone in flames" no one can help you

so, yes. its working in some way, and i dont recomment that to anyone that apreciates the sunshine.
