Is that possible?

When I get a specific call I would like to forward it to a different phone or voicemail than the one provided by my carrier. Is this possible with an app? Access to a drop down list with different numbers while the person is calling would be great.

You can do it in settings, but you can set just one number for this.

I don't think this is possible: the phone has no way to tell the network to forward a call.

Normal call forwarding is handled completely by the network: the phone is not involved at all. All the setting dialog does is to change the network settings to tell the network what to do; by the time a call is received it is too late to change the network settings for that call.

It is possible only as "conference".
1. You receive incoming call.
2. Make call to hold
3. Dial new number (may be from list)
4. Take incoming call from hold and connect with dialed.

In result you will be pay for 2 calls: Incoming & outcoming. And you can't use the phone if previous call not ended.
