hi, sorry i didnt realize the 'SHOW' was part of the command as well lol.

yea i see it now, its exactly the same as yours.

but im still getting random reboots...in fact i just had one few minutes ago...

actually i didnt get any random reboots as soon as reflashed and overclocked, i start getting them yesterday, i think after installing SSH server and client from app manager, which i uninstalled today because i thought it was due to them.

but now they are gone, im still getting reboots...

i would hate to have to reflash it again, not only that i have to download all the apps again using my 3G connection...

but most likely i will download that 'unknown clashing app' and the same will be happening again...

damn to be honest im loving the 850mhz thing, its so much smoother when im watching videos....but this reboot randomness is driving me mad..= (

    You can use the command

    kernel-config limits 250 600

to change your overclocking speed to the upper limit of 600 and see if that makes a difference.

(You should get something that confirms the change on your screen if the command is successful.)

hi , i think that will be my last resort...since i cant really afford the time to observe my n900 and to see whether if it has reboot itself..

quite often it starts to reboot while its in my pocket , i only found that out because today i was listening to music on the n900, and all of a sudden the sound stopped, cuz the device rebooted...sigh..

i'll see what happens after tonight, if its still like this i will limit the overlock speed, and if nothing can be sorted out then looks like another reflash is on its way....

thanks for your help anyway, much is appreciated.
