The Mail for Exchange icon is missing from my settings page. I recall once upon a time that when I opened settings MfE would be thre but quickly fade and disappear from the list.

Now, it just doesn't appear at all.

I did experiment with it once, so I know I've had it working - did I uninstall or install something that hides it/causes it to be hidden?
