Hmmm - how long did pr 1.2 take to complete the update process - mines been stuck at the "U" on updating in progress for more than 10mins now. Should I worry? Now off to dog walk so I'll check again when back
Still stuck with progress bar at the "U" on update - turned it off and installer started and now all good !
Just because you cannot see the differences does not mean that they are not there.
i guess differences will show up after 1-2+ days of regular usage. At the moment i can't see anything different from leaked pr 1.2 talking about speed, gui etc
installed fine, no mms and no phone to phone video calling, thats all i wanted so i think im off to buy the HD2
Im sick of people whining that they dont have features that have never been advertised or even mentioned that they will be in any update by nokia.
Don't come on here complaining when its not even a legitement complaint.
Buy a phone with the features you want, don't just expect them to come when its been stated repeatedly that they won't.
Did you reflash to Global firmware? I have a suspicion that UK Global firmware updaters aren't seeing the update.
I started with PR1.0 [Global] I've had OTA updates before, all the way up to PR1.1.1. Then, I've once reflashed to 1.1.1 [Global Variant], due to a bricking of my own making.
That perhaps could be the issue - I know someone who is in the same position as me, without the manual reflash, so will get some info.
