it wont work with Windows 7 I've tried both 32 and 64 bit...gonna try XP 32bit

I flashed mine with Windows 7 32 bit. Didn't have any problems apart from having to put the final R in uppercase.

How did you do that? I've tried but it simply fails to install USB driver

Worked on my w7 too, and about removing -R at the end, this stops the reboot?

I'm on win7 64bit. I booted in 'do not force signed drivers' since they said that might be a problem.
