Yes. I noticed it too. Mine show the account name in blue and then changes to white.
One interesting thing i note though is that even after setting up my mail for exchange, the account doesn't appear in the email accounts list but am able to synchronize with my gmail calender.
Interesting. Have you got an IM account setup? I think it's related to that. If i try and click on that option whilst "offline" from my gtalk/skype it tells me my "availability must be online to perform this function".
So my guess is you need an IM account setup. Just a guess.
I've just noticed that when the media player app is running and you're in the task switcher, the media player screen is showing up-to-date information about how far through the song you are. It'd always previously annoyed me when this stayed static, then you switched back to the media player and it suddenly jumped to the correct place.

1. Video calling
Not direct. Cannot call phone to phone. Only use through skype and Gtalk. I never use phone video calling (too expensive) so I at least welcome this.
You can make a phone to phone video call. I just used Google Video N900-to-N900 call with a friend works seamlessly.
