PR1.2: microb does not start - maemo.org

Hey all,

today I updated to PR1.2 OTA and at first everything was fine. After a few hours the browser does not start anymore. it just pops up with a black window and the upper bar for like 10 seconds and after that it just closes without any message.

I already rebooted.

I got the german N900 with adblock-css installed.

i have the same problem.
it started after flashing. but after restoring the apps it failed exactly the same way.
i tried a reboot already and
"apt-get --reinstall install microb-engine" in a root shell.
thanks for any hint

the browser switchboard was the source of the problem. after deinstalling microb started working again - though still not as fast as opera :-)

same problem. Uninstalling browser switchboard fixed it for me as well

Confirming that uninstalling browser switchboard does indeed solve the problem. Phew!
