Assuming you do have the 'Nokia System Software Updates catalog enabled in App Manager, if you're on Vodaphone and they're not pushing PR1.2 OTA to your phone, you problem is with Vodaphone, NOT Nokia. Vent to them.
If Updates isn't enabled and you don't know how to enable it plenty of people here will be glad to help.
