32wd_to is the watchdog rebooting the device, I'll assume that it's not a hardware problem for the time being (since it happens to me once in a month or so)

From my experience when I turn off the phone and connect to wall charger it takes a while, vibes, shows nokia (no backlight) then the screen goes black the yellow LED flashes then the dots pop up and it begins to charge, but this is normal to my belief. when charging is complete, booting up immediately is not possible, waiting about 15seconds (approx. time) then holding down the power button, this also I believe is normal.
