I can't understand the disconnect we're having here....lol.
I just don't think it's a good idea to go into too much detail, because all Wells Fargo needs to know from us are the basic particulars-- their website developers will now better than anyone what's likely at fault and what they can do to fix it.
All I offered was my *opinion*. People are of course free to do as they please!
