I would like to use the N8x0/N900 as a BT keyboard. Has anybody tried it and mind to share?

Well, no go

1) N810 running Bluemaemo:

It connected with a winPC smoothly and worked, keyboard, mouse etc. very nice.

It did not connect pass "waiting for connection" a) N900, wont connect; b) my phoneclone. No go beyond "waiting for connection"; it does pair OK between all the devices

2) N900 running Bluemaemo, no go.

It connected, but did not work.
a) it connected with winPC, recognized as a modem, not as HID!
b) it connected with N810, again, as a modem, not as HID!
c) it connected to my phoneclone, (N810 wont), but it locked the phone up, so does nothing. Again, the phoneclone recognize the N900 as a modem, not as computer/HID

VDVsx help!!!!!!!!!!

I have tried the sudo hidd --connect, command issued without any problem, results the same, no go.

I have also tried to connect as a device and removed the 'trust', results the same, no go.

For the mean time, I have ordered a BT keyboard to play with my phoneclone, we'll see..

My phoneclone is a no name brand smart phone, without a keyboard. My goal is to make the N8x0 as a BT keyboard for the phoneclone..
