hello, recently i wanted to buy this awesome phone, so i decided to buy it online, the thing is that i got scammed, i received this cheap chinese phone, so now im trying to get my money back via paypal, they are asking me for some documents, from someone that is not me, that knows the phone and recognizes the one that i got is fake.
if u guys can help me, please do so.
uh... how about the nokia website? Your phone UI is completely wrong.
Paypal should absolutely be aware of the issue, but they just want him to walk the hard way to find a third-party person to justify his claim.
What they're doing is to force their customers to take unnecessary extra effort in hope to drive complains away. I've been gone thru similar hassle and when if you insisted they would have to fulfill the request in the end.
Coming to think of it, even the genuine N900 phone will not be for you because you're a complete idiot to at least not look up the common features of the "original" phone and compare it to the fake one. Of which you spent US650 on.

Read the thread. He didn't buy it from the link that f2thak posted. I don't believe he posted the copy from the e-bay ad he responded to.
Regardless, you don't need to call anyone an idiot here especialy if that is all you are going to offer to the thread,
On a side note: If you had read the thread completely, my mistake. But then again, incorrectly reacting on your part would have shown how some people will still do so, even when words to the contrary are staring them right in the dang face.
Well, maybe they're competing with those iPad clones from China that we saw in another thread. Sadly, the iPuds (I think they were called) at least ran Android. heheh Also... $129. That should have made it clearly obvious.
That sounds an improvement to me over the original!

Yeah, except they're dog slow.
Can you imagine what the clone-scene would be like in about a year+ time when they make use of Cortex-A8 class cpu?? Infused with froyo+ OS.
