Don't think it is yet. HTC stated that it will be coming later this year, I believe. Could be wrong, of course.

I don't see that happening until we get clear 100mbps connections with consistent <10 ms latency.

Onlive works fine on my 10/512 Mbps connection. So, it shouldn't be a problem to play it over wifi.
