i'm dragging and droppin mp3 to n900's mass storage.I can see mp3 has album cover on my pc but when i go into the media player i can't see the album cover.
How can i fix it?

the ones i did myself in itunes work, but others dnt show.

Try mussorgsky, I think it´s in extras-devel so be careful. Does a great job though!
