This is how I solved a problem when xvid videos did not played after Ovi Suite installation.
1. Install InstalledCodec from http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/installed_codec.html and run it.
2. Locate "Nokia XVID/DIVX Decoder Filter" entry in the codecs list. Right click the entry and select "Disable Selected Item".
