Hiya, have been messing about with themes and removed my menu app, now i have a really basic menu with no app manager.
I have an app manager shortcut on my desktop but that aint working either?!?!?
have tried "restore original settings" in settings but no joy. no backup icon either!"!!!!!!

Nobody had this or got a solution??
Is it possible to do a hard reset or will i need to re-flash???

try both, or try to restore to the theme you were originally using

i havent installed any from devel, have got a few on like.
it happened when i removed my menu, now i cant get into app manager to re-install

There is no "hard reset". You will need to reflash if you've broken something in x-terminal.

If you have root shell installed you can do
Code:
root
apt-get install mymenu
in the xterminal to reinstall mymenu which will hopefully give you access to the appmanager again.

No good, cant access xterminal either!!!!
