All the other smart phones have 512mb ram
We get just 256

Our screens dont have retina or amoled technologies

We dont get HDMI out or wireless dlna but just generic VGA

Many other smartphones get wireless n speeds of 200mbps
we get just 54mbps

Many other smartphones have 1280x760 video resolution @ 30fps
we have a lousy 800x400 resolution @ 20~fps

Other smartphones are sleek, sharp and light,
Our phones are bricks and heavy

Other smartphones get better battery's and better battery life.
We get virtually the worst battery life of all smart phones

Other smartphone's graphics chip push almost 30 gpu triangles/s
Our phones graphics chip pushs just 14 gpu triangles/s

Please discuss ! thanks

How so?

Show me a "calculator" that can multitask better than Windows, can connect to a modem and send/receive faxes, connect and print direct to printers, have removable non-volatile storage, have a decent set of pim and office applications.

The only vague resemblance to a calculator is that it runs for a long time on a pair of AA batteries.

Oh, the Series 3 does have a builtin calculator as well in case you're wondering.

The original post contains traces of severe idiocy.

the comparison doesnt work this way man. we should only compare phones in the same price range. those phones you have mentioned are all around 350 pounds while n900 is about 80 to 100 less. as long as it's good enough to handle ur daily use, it's a good phone. if it's not, why the hell you bought it in the fist place?
