Hey all,

If anyone is new to my saga, which I have posted several times on ITT, suffice it to say that Nokia support have been asses with me. Anyway, I finally bought a replacement battery (my unit came back sans battery) and it arrived today. I switch on the unit and... guess what... WSOD gone, but all the colours seem to be "washed out".
As soon as I find my USB cable I'll reflash it. If it's not a matter of reflashing it (which I don't think it is), I really have no idea what I'm gonna do.

For a company that's usually had high quality devices (at least the phones), the number of these problems in the Internet Tablet line sure are strange.

Much luck getting yours fixed. By the way, is it a 770 or N800?

770.
Oh, and FYI: the screen appears to be running in some sort of reduced colour mode. Almost like seeing everything in GIF format.

Having nothing to lose I hit the tablet really hard on my lap and it worked. Garh.
