If you have the package rootsh installed, open a terminal and run this:
Code:
root <enter-key>
apt-get install libgles1 <enter-key>
That will install the required library, then you should be able to install CloudGPS from fapman.

Please double check your command. It seems that you are missing starting slash character. It should start with "/opt/", not "opt/".

I think the cause of installation your problem is that you do not have Nokia System Software Updates catalog enabled. I found that info in Libgles1 dependency thread. Please try enabling that catalog and installing CloudGPS from App Manager again. If that does not help please post the details of installation problem here and we will try to assist you with another solution.

Edit: You might want to try other tip from thread mentioned above:
Try to disable extra devel and enable the nokia system repo only
and do
Code:
apt-get install libgles1
then enable extras-devel again and install CloudGPS.

I think it uses OpenStreetMap http://www.openstreetmap.org/

Indeeed it does.

Looked through the thread, liked the roadmap but didn't find answers on following questions:
1)Is it possible to download openstreetmap maps and put somewhere in the phone so CloudGPS stop downloading so much data? If so, please, give some explanation or give a link to the topic/post where it's already explained
2)A possibility to use CloudGPS with OVImaps downloaded on the device?

1. I don't think that's possible yet as it only downloads it to a temporary directory.
2. IIRC the OVI Maps data is in a proprietary format, and it would probably be very hard to support it.

1) Yes it is possible. It shares tiles with Maep and you can find them in "/home/user/MyDocs/.maps/OpenStreetMap I" folder. Currently if CloudGPS finds and successfully loads local tile it will not attempt to connect to network. In future there will be an option to check for updated tiles and offline mode to make everyone happy

2) Are you asking about tile or vector data? If OVI license allows I will surely add support for OVI tile provider. If you are asking about vector data - you can find detailed answer in this thread.
