Could be very handy, but possibly very dangerous.

This always depends on the website you're visiting. The browser just states its user agent string, and the rest is up to the webserver.
So you cannot clearly answer this question.

3G and above, micro B is used. 2.5G and below, Opera is the way to go.

Fennec is really nice albeit slow. I really like the way it zooms and reflows mobile sites like the android browser to make them readable. I also like how that, with the exception of text entry it doesn't ever require you to leave portrait mode. If Opera could do anything other than fixed zoom, I'd probably be bringing it up too.

I'm still waiting for one that properly supports whatever it is that makes the android/iphone gmail site work (HTML5?).

I would use Firefox... but what annoys me is how the browser chugs hard while rendering a page so I can't pan around the page without it getting really choppy. Once it loads it's just beautiful.

So I stick to MicroB, which what annoys me the most is that it takes so long sometimes to "connect" to a website (resolve DNS maybe? I'm not an expert) even on wifi

Normally MicroB, because i love it.
Opera Mobile when connection is slow or i want a nice portrait mode
Firefox Mobile for betathome.at, the only working for this site
