Might be stupid question, but are there any screensavers that will play when the screen goes dark for N900.

I can think of great ones, such as google news feeds flipping in and out or the processes running etc.

Any ideas ?

I loved one feature on my E71, if you pressed the center button while the screen was black it showed time + profile + notifications. A similar thing but using the camera key would be great. It was a plain black background and large white text.

Depends how its implemented really as to drain, other phones use them and see ok. I think we need to get these super boffins to look to whats going on in the Android world, what can be done with similar platform and similar hardware.
Problem is that Maemo has been left to the community to develop and while thats good it means slow development time, why have Nokia and the Maemo team not been developing for the N900, they know the phone best.

So much potential is being wasted in a phone that have years left in its life, ive never had a phone like it
