Yes, after overclocking you can go completely back to not overclocking, with no restrictions except for being out of warranty, and no sideffects I've ever heard about.
how do I re-enable it? will it make the overclock less stable?

some one please help me.. i tried doing this.. i downloaded the kernel and switched off my phone.. when i tried switching it on it enters into a reboot loop.. just the nokia screen and a blank sceen and then nokia screen again.. please help.. thanks
