It seem my display picture is not showing up, that replace the "YOU" in the conversations. It only doesn't show up in the Text conversation and as on other services like facebook my display picture are shown.
So any Idea? I tried adding my picture in my Contacts/My Information. So it didn't work for me!
It's never displayed my own picture for me, though you can make it do this by tweaking the CSS. There is a lengthy thread about doing just that somewhere nearby : )
