    HI there great stuff. I hope later on we can just get one image file to mount on one partition on MicroSD card and then just enable dual boot.

    Loving the new NITDroid! Sooooo fast and shiny!

    Had to re-flash my phone as I made a very stupid mistake. Gave me a chance to test multiboot again though to see if the problems I experienced previously were still there and they are.

    After booting NITdroid and going back to Maemo it always shuts down after flashing the kernel and I have to turn it back on in order to load Maemo. It also constantly reboots if I start up Maemo when connected to the mains. Is it just me that has experienced this?

    yep i get that even on the older multiboto i use (an unrelased test ver) the flash reboot is normal for power37 here but booting with kb closed usually sorts that charger problem i aint too worried about really

    How can I add the OMAP1 kernel back to the boot menu? I need it for tvout to work as best as possible and to also use the new FCAM application. Would you post the script to download the kernel and also the script to make it selectable in the multiboot menu.

    Thank you.

    cd /etc/multiboot.d
    cat > Maemo 2.6.28-omap1.item << EOF
    ITEM_NAME="Maemo 2.6.28-omap1"
    ITEM_KERNEL=2.6.28-omap1
    ITEM_MODULES=ext3
    EOF

    you then need to check that the kernel is in /boot/multiboot if so it should work fine, if not check /boot and see if it is there and move to /multiboot if so.

    Thank you for your help. The only thing that I am missing now is the xterm command to download the kernel. I can't seem to find it by searching the web. Would you happen to know that command as well?
