    why cant i install the driver using app manager,it always say unable,,,when i try using xterm says not found,.anyone there

    sudo gainroot
    apt-get update
    dpkg -i fcam......

    I had the problem of unable to install, so what i did was uninstall fcam, I donwloaded the fcam driver to my phone and then navigated on the xterm to that folder

    in my case it was home/user/Mydocs/Fcamera/

    and did dpkg -install [fcam driver.deb file]

    it ran some commands and then I had to reboot my phone for it to work.

    Latest version is in extras-devel too...

    Just use Your Application Manager to download/update it.

    Since You're already using the Power Kernel I don't think I really have to tell You that things might break when using software from -devel, right?

    how come when I'm looking for Fcamera driver in my applications, I can't find it. It won't show up in my installed application lists.

    It's a hidden package (which is pulled in by Fcamera).

    Open Xterm and run:
    Code:
    dpkg -l fcam-drivers
    If You see a line like this it's installed (ii):
    Code:
    ii  fcam-drivers   1.0.7-2        Kernel drivers necessary for the FCam camera

    is anyone here to help? when i tried to install the file found in page 13, I can't install it. It says it's 'incompatible'. please help.

    I want to uninstall fcam driver but I don't know how. can anybody please help.
