im having issues with this app, trying to d/l a file approx. 250MB in size.
app totally locks up have to force close.
seems to work when plugged into mains charger though.!

My N900 is stock 600mhz and this works for me and I use Transmission 176 all the time and it kinda works for me.

Make sure you're using v1.75 or v1.76; v2.03 is no good and causes the read-only file system error. This can be fixed, just search "read only error".

Through the thread I noticed some people got v2.0x working, but the repo still has 1.76 as the latest.
The official site is at 2.22 now.
Whats involved in re-compiling for Maemo 5 ?

Is anyone able to compile latest Transmission? Now that open trackers moved to udp and latest Transmission supports it we could really use an update.
