A couple of weeks ago I used the on/off button to shut down the N800. I guess I simply held it down for a couple of seconds instead of launching the menu to shut down. The screen froze up and I couldn't tell if it had shut down or what. I wasn't in a position to work on it at that moment but I noticed that it was getting hot along the top. After I while I suspected that it was draining the battery fairly fast. I opened the back and popped out the battery. I then inserted the battery and booted again and all was well. The battery indicator showed that it was way down. Has anyone else experienced this?
