Default Most Flash 10.1 content running on N900 with modified library. Not completely there yet!

With the biggest thanks to kevloral, noipv4 and pantera1989 we have Flash 10.1 running on N900 in a minimal state. The actual thread has been going on forever hence this new one.

Without wasting more time head to this post right away:
http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...&postcount=967

and download the modded libflashplayer.so

I have personally tested sites that run Flash 10.1 like
miniclip.com
kongregate.com
nationalgeographic.com
facebook videos (someone was complaining about that recently)

and the games and videos work flawlessly.

Google Streetview still doesnt work.

Sites that have their own additional verification for flash version will not work as expected.

Post your experiences please!

Please modify the name of the thread. This is in no way 10.1.

Ummmm... isn't this just a modded plugin that identifies itself as flash 10? This may bring back some compatibility (which is great) but it is def NOT flash 10.1.

Tried the grooveshark site
Now I can listen from the site. Never could do that before

Apologies.. I think everybody knows that it's not the actual Flash 10.1 plugin but most sites that require 10.1 works with this plugin. I thought that was worth mentioning.

Nokia has the least interest in providing us 10.1 so I think this a big step forward.

I don't have rights to change thread titles so anyone who has please do so if needed.

Technically, if they work with this plugin then they don't actually require 10.1 (whatever they may be claiming to require).

If you edit your first post you can change the title.

That said, this is good news but I am still sad that google street view isn't working
