Nevermind, got it.
Requesting the mp-fremantle-203-pr package, without it I can't laucnh community SSU support for the UK users.
If you have the UK firmware installed, in a root shell:
That should download the package to /var/cache/apt/archives, use ssh/terminal to copy the package from there and upload it somewhere.
