How about doing some research before complaining here? Or does fMMS not work for you for some reason?
Maybe you should check if there already are apps for your other needs too.
I loved my N900 at first and then hate it and then I loved it again, anyways am not geek or a developer but I love phones with great abilities.
Things that I wish for in my N900 tablest...
1. Folder option for the main menu
2. Front camera should be available for capturing photos and rec videos
3. Webcam chat with back camera
4. Potrait mode for the main menu
5. Auto answer machine app
6. Ovi store with more apps and games like bounce and angry bird ( I ove qt apps they are awesome )
7. Potrait pdf reader
8. speed voice dail

I would add:
12. Videocalling
13. Flash 10
14. Zooming images with finger circling (like in browser)
15. Alphanumeric keyboard for portrait SMS (one-handed use).
Dreams or not, these are things which would make N900 the ultimate device.
I cant believe that Nokia developers could not solve the media player widget bug over this year!
The only time mine was ever buggy was when I installed the modified-hildon desktop. It has literally never crashed or taken out other widgets when using the standard interface.
