These are all apps from the repos.
Also the install link is simply the respective .install file from the repos.
The last app is Sygic Mobile Maps 10 which can be bought for some time already.

I dont know German but at least i know what apps look like , unlike picking from the repos . I am not software literate so i don't know half the stuff that is said . ,but at least i can figure out what it is. I also istall an app from the site and it gave me a diffrent repo called fun app. still wish i knew German .
