Don't go by what the Hildon Application Manager oder Faster Application Manager shows you. The repos (I have default ones plus testing and devel) are filled with ~6500 packages of which only roughly 1500 are shown to the user.
It is called bzip2, unfortunately I can't see which repo it did come from, FAM only gives me the date of installation. Do you have testing enabled? If not, I'd enable/add it, install FileBox and disable it again afterwards. Quite possible that a specific version of bzip2 is needed which is not provided by the default repos. |

No' fapman is not a requirement. But if you want to see *ALL* packages, do this (wont help your problem though):
Tap Install Applicatons -> tap C -> scroll all the way down, select All packages (advanced), all not installed packages are now shown, also the packages other packages depend on but which are not supposed to be seen by the user. You can also filter for all packages, even the ones which are installed: tap the S, select All. Now type bzip2, does it show up as a package with a gray dot as status? |

I think it's in devel?
Just open xterm and as root type this: apt-get install bzip2 'enter' Better have all 3 repos enabled (extras-testing-devel) when trying... Disable the repos you don't need after install
