So, sad for loosing "everything", but a bit preoccupied, I decided to flash it. Well, the first time it gave me this:
[all normal...]
Sending and flashing rootfs image (81920 kB)...
10% (8960 of 81920 kB, 885 kB/s)
Write failed after 9175040 bytes
usb_bulk_write: No such device
The second time this:
[all normal...]
Sending initfs image (1649 kB)...
100% (1649 of 1649 kB, avg. 1904 kB/s)
Flashing initfs... Sending request 0x50 failed: Protocol error
The third time this:
[all normal...]
Sending kernel image (1280 kB)...
100% (1280 of 1280 kB, avg. 6338 kB/s)
Flashing kernel... Sending request 0x50 failed: Protocol error
Then, after some more tests with r&n, it started to ignore USB completely. Now it just stays on for 3 seconds.
HELP!
Is this just the "normal" behavior when trying to flash a semi-charged N800? Or maybe the loop bug (or something else) drained the battery and it's now almost empty? (And how on hell will I recharge it?)
Or does it smell of something worse?
Thanks...
