i downloaded starhash enabler but does not seem to be working, how do i activate it after download...please help

you dont as far as I know, it just makes star hash network commands work...

try dialling ##21**16#
and see if it works. note: it removes call redirect number 21. (shouldn't be any of standard redirections)
