i know how to use transiitons.ini (not that much ) so idon't know what is the setting in transiitons to edit the scrolling speed, maybe if you have some experience with it, you can tell me.

Can anybody explain why this has changed in PR1.3 ?

I'm now on PR1.3, and so had to reinstall matans desktop again.

I've done what i needed to set the kinetic scrolling to how i used to have it (very fast), but it just isn't the same.

I've added this code

to my Transitions.ini also to see if that helped, but no.

Has PR1.3 broke this fix?
