Nokia really is a democracy when it needs to be more like Apple - i.e. lead by a top engineer who is absolutely the top dog and who demands perfection. ie. a dictatorship
Not. Apple has one single phone. You don't need more than one person in lead of that. Nokia offer a spectrum of phones. Maybe too many, and there is too little control of each device in relation to others. I don't think this is a big problem for Nokia, and is fixed by some adjustments, not a bloody revolution.
