Try moving your whole Metasploit3 directory from the memory card into your home directory. Then run ./msfconsole or ./msfweb from there.
I think as root you can do this using the command from /media/mmc1/
# mv -rf Metasploit3 /home/user/
Let me know if that makes it work....
