OK now I did the apt-get purge microb-engine and after that apt-get install microb-engine. Now it's in a constant reboot loop. Quite ironic. I'm going to flash it now.

I don't know what to say... I flashed it with the firmware and the ********* is still saying redirect loop!! Maybe if I just took this to the store that sold me this and they'll fix it.

Perhaps the problem's not with the browser but with Facebook?
Edit: As in, they have some screwy code that's making it(and perhaps other browsers too) go wonky.
Personally, I won't touch the site with a ten foot pole, so I can't try it out.

We assumed you use different access points. Did you try to access over another access point? Redirect loops could be some form of protection, and error, stuck cache, bad DNS cache, any number of things.

I tried to click it on the little active topics thong and it r-looped. and @john i onlyh flashed firmware. i wanna eMMC soon, does copy-pasting by usb to a pc work? if i cp it on my desktop and cp my files into mydocs again?

@ndi what are access points?

Make full backup with the backup app to an SD card, if you have one, if not make sure you can see the backup in MyDocs. Plug in with USB and backup all of MyDocs to your PC. Then flash both images, FIASCIO first, don't reboot inbetween images.

Once you have rebooted and before you restore anything, test the browser. Then do the restore and test again.

Good luck.

All right. But what's the gain? Deleting all files from the HDD? Won't MicroB still exist with it's effed up configs?

Flashing both images FIASCO and eMMC without booting between flashes will completely re-write all firmware / software / clear the drives, everything will be gone.
Basicaly your phone will be the same as if it were new. So hopefully the problem will be gone. If it is still there before you do a restore then the problem is either a hardware issue or, as ndi said, a problem with some network you are using.
