Is it only for me that "Ovi Store contact" under
http://support.ovi.com/osc/de_DE/topQA

( http://support.ovi.com/osc/de_DE/home -> Kontakt )
is not working?

I am registered there but when asking for support via
webinterface it keeps asking "Sprache?" (language)
and there is no selection there, therefore I cannot send the support question.



Actual problem is that I bought
"Morpho QuickPanorama Pro"
there and one does not get a backup *.deb.
Now this application is not shown in the store anymore.

The issue is OVI store doesn't work to begin with.

With the actual issue, the app is still available here

I only find the free version

Try giving them a call (to the Nokia Care Point).

Edit: while signed in, did you try the contact us page?

or is that the one that brings the error?

Both pages:

and
http://support.ovi.com/osc/de_DE/contactus
have this error with
"Language?" and
no selection in the menu.
I tried this with Firefox and Opera.
I even tried with konqueror.

No way.

Sorry mate, Not sure whats going on with your pages. Try calling your local nokia shop they might help. Not sure, maybe someone else has a solution
