Lowdown- upgraded to new kernel-power, u-boot mix up, reflashed, went to multiboot with nitdroid and power kernel 46.

I'm good up to this point but now I can't seem to adjust the kernel settings and save them in the terminal. I have rootsh installed and I can gain root but whenever I try to adjust the settings with sudo it tells me that either user or root is not in the sudoers file.

I never had this problem with rootsh before so I'm unsure of what to do. I assume I could just edit the sudoers file but I want to be sure I know exactly what to do. I searched but didn't turn up anything of value.
TIA

The only thing I could think of was doing

cat /etc/sudoers | grep kernel

on my N900. What is your output? Mine is

user ALL = NOPASSWD: /usr/sbin/kernel-power-deinstall
user ALL = NOPASSWD: /usr/sbin/kernel-config *

What does your output say? I'm only pitching in, I have no idea btw

Once you type "sudo gainroot", you don't need to use sudo on the command - you are *already* root.

Also, typing "/usr/sbin/kernel-config" will let you run it as user, no sudo or root needed.

Hmm, seems to work now, except for the fact that kernel-config is not found. Do I need to reinstall the power modules or something?
