Sorry, but where we have to set this? I tried both absolute path and gconf-tool2, but there is no such key.

Need to test it further. Is it possible, that supl.google.com is limited for certain areas IP range? It always make me scratching my head, why huge amount of people report it working, and many others got problems with it.
